АЗИАТСКИЕ ИГРЫ: СБОРНАЯ U-23 МИНИМАЛЬНО УСТУПАЕТ СБОРНОЙ СЕВЕРНОЙ КОРЕИ

22-26 октября в Бишкеке прошел розыгрыш «Кубка Талантов» среди юношеских команд U-14 (Talents Cup U14). В международном турнире приняли участие юношеские сборные Кыргызстана, Бахрейна, Казахстана и Узбекистана. 

Турнир прошел на территории Национальной футбольной Академии КФС. Розыгрыш кубка состоялся в рамках программы FIFA Talent Coach. Нашa юношеская сборная выступила в турнире под руководством главного тренера Санжара Шаршеева. 

Согласно регламенту, турнир прошел по круговой системе в один круг. Обладатель кубка определился по наибольшему количеству набранных очков.

В сегодняшнем заключительном - третьем туре наша сборная сошлась в матче против сборной Казахстана. Матч завершился победой нашей команды со счетом 3-2. Напомним, что ранее наша команда обыграла сверстников из Бахрейна со счетом 2-0, а также сыграла вничью с Узбекистаном (1-1). 

По итогам турнира, сборная Кыргызстана заняла вторую строчку в турнирной таблице (7 очков), из-за количества желтых карт уступив первое место сборной Узбекистана (7 очков). Казахстан завершает турнир на третьем месте (3 очков), сборная Бахрейна осталась на последнем месте без очков.

Лучший вратарь - Артем Кашуба (Кыргызстан)
Лучший защитник - Азизилло Эркинжонов (Өзбекстан)
Мыкты полузащитник - Айбын Даулет (Казахстан)
Лучший бомбардир - Бехрузбек Саматов (Өзбекстан)
Лучший игрок - Ариет Абилов (Кыргызстан)

JOB VACANCY: HEAD OF STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

The Kyrgyz Football Union is seeking a highly qualified and motivated specialist for the position of Head of Strength and Conditioning to work with National Teams and the National Football Academy.

This is a key role in shaping the long-term physical development of players across all levels of elite football in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement evidence-based physical preparation programs for senior and youth National Teams
• Collaborate with coaches, medical staff, and analysts to ensure a holistic player development model
• Monitor performance data (GPS, fitness testing, wellness, etc.) and develop individualized plans
• Lead physical conditioning programs at the National Football Academy
• Mentor and support national physical coaches within the KFU structure
• Align all practices with international standards and FIFA Talent Development Scheme principles
• Participate in injury prevention and rehabilitation planning
• Support the use of technology and performance analysis tools
• Deliver educational workshops for local staff and clubs
• Provide documentation, planning materials, and technical reports as required

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Sports Science, Strength & Conditioning, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in elite football (national teams or professional clubs)
• Proven work in youth development programs
• Valid international certification (e.g., NSCA CSCS, ASCA, UKSCA)
• Proficiency with GPS tracking systems, athlete monitoring software, and testing protocols
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills
• Experience in mentoring local staff or capacity-building programs is an asset
• Fluency in English required; Russian or Kyrgyz is an advantage
