JOB VACANCY: HEAD OF STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

The Kyrgyz Football Union is seeking a highly qualified and motivated specialist for the position of Head of Strength and Conditioning to work with National Teams and the National Football Academy.

This is a key role in shaping the long-term physical development of players across all levels of elite football in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement evidence-based physical preparation programs for senior and youth National Teams
• Collaborate with coaches, medical staff, and analysts to ensure a holistic player development model
• Monitor performance data (GPS, fitness testing, wellness, etc.) and develop individualized plans
• Lead physical conditioning programs at the National Football Academy
• Mentor and support national physical coaches within the KFU structure
• Align all practices with international standards and FIFA Talent Development Scheme principles
• Participate in injury prevention and rehabilitation planning
• Support the use of technology and performance analysis tools
• Deliver educational workshops for local staff and clubs
• Provide documentation, planning materials, and technical reports as required

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Sports Science, Strength & Conditioning, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in elite football (national teams or professional clubs)
• Proven work in youth development programs
• Valid international certification (e.g., NSCA CSCS, ASCA, UKSCA)
• Proficiency with GPS tracking systems, athlete monitoring software, and testing protocols
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills
• Experience in mentoring local staff or capacity-building programs is an asset
• Fluency in English required; Russian or Kyrgyz is an advantage

Отборочные матчи Кубка Азии U-17 2026 года с участием юношеской сборной Кыргызстана пройдут в Бишкеке с 22 по 30 ноября. Игры состоятся на стадионе имени Дөлөн Өмүрзакова и на стадионе «Достук Арена».
Наша команда выступит в группе «B», где встретится с пятью сборными.

22 ноября | 15:00 — Кыргызстан vs Йемен
24 ноября | 19:00 — Кыргызстан vs Пакистан
26 ноября | 19:00 — Гуам vs Кыргызстан
28 ноября | 19:00 — Лаос vs Кыргызстан
30 ноября | 15:00 — Кыргызстан vs Камбоджа

С 12 ноября юношеская сборная U-17 проводит учебно-тренировочный сбор в Бишкеке под руководством австрийского специалиста Александра Бауэра.
Матчи турнира будут сопровождаться развлекательными программами. Вход на все игры — свободный.

Всего в отборочном этапе участвуют 38 сборных, распределённых на 7 групп. Финальная стадия Кубка Азии U-17 2026 года пройдёт в мае в Саудовской Аравии. По итогам отбора путёвки получат 7 команд.

Также напоминаем, что 9 сборных Азии — участников чемпионата мира 2025 года — уже получили автоматические места в финальной стадии.

Сегодня, 7 февраля, в городе Душанбе (Таджикистан) прошел третий тур чемпионата Центрально-Азиатской футбольной Ассоциации - CAFA Women’s Futsal Championship 2024, в рамках которого женская Национальная сборная  Кыргызстана по футзалу встречалась с Ираном. Встреча завершилась победой соперниц со счетом 11:0.

После третьего тура подопечные Келкеля Анарбекова с 6 очками расположились на второй строчке турнирной таблицы.

заключительный матч на турнире наша сборная сыграет 11 февраля против сборной Узбекистана.
