Talent Development - Football Ecosystem
FIFA and the Kyrgyz football Union are launching a unique program to identify and develop young talents.
The opening stage of the project was a video conference between the KFU Technical Department and FIFA experts. The Online conference was held by FIFA Manager Raimondas Statkevicius and FIFA expert Edvinas Eimontas.
The topic of the video conference was the detailed launch of the national Association support program "Talent Development - Football Ecosystem Analysis".
The main objective of the project is to create the most favorable conditions for the identification and development of talented students of football schools through the consideration and study of Kyrgyz football as a separate individual ecosystem.
The head of the program is a famous coach, and now a functionary of the International Federation of football associations, Arsene Wenger. In November 2019, the specialist became head of FIFA's global football development Department.
